1. Service Provider. These Terms of Service govern your use of VogueStreet Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada (business number 87654321). Our registered office is at 489 Queen Street West, Suite 204, Toronto, ON M5V 2B4. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services. VogueStreet offers personal styling consultations, wardrobe audits, corporate style programs, and seasonal subscription boxes. All services are provided on a non-exclusive basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with 30 days' notice.

3. Booking and Payment. Appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon service completion. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refunds. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. For subscription boxes, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds for physical products are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging.

5. Acceptable Use. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) provide false information during booking; (b) attempt to access restricted areas of our systems; (c) harass our staff or other clients; (d) use our intellectual property without written permission. Violation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property. All content on this website—including text, images, lookbooks, style guides, and branding—is the exclusive property of VogueStreet Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability. VogueStreet Inc. provides styling advice and fashion recommendations based on professional expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to: social acceptance, career advancement, or personal satisfaction. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Important Notice Regarding Style and Fashion Services. VogueStreet Inc. provides professional fashion consulting and personal styling services. The following disclosure is required to ensure transparency and manage expectations.

No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes. While our stylists are highly trained and experienced, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results from our services. Style is subjective, and individual satisfaction depends on personal taste, body type, lifestyle, and other factors beyond our control. Client testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results. Past performance or satisfaction does not guarantee future outcomes.

Fashion and Investment Risk. Clothing and accessories are personal items that may lose value over time. Trends change, and items purchased based on our recommendations may not retain their original value or remain fashionable indefinitely. We encourage clients to make purchasing decisions based on their own research and financial situation. We do not provide financial advice, and our recommendations should not be construed as investment advice.

Health and Safety. Some fabrics, dyes, or accessories may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivities in certain individuals. We recommend testing new materials on a small area of skin before full use.
